Virtual courses

The new virtual courses are compressed versions of our face-to-face courses, covering the same content and delivered by the same expert, highly experienced tutors.

These courses will be delivered via an online videoconferencing program, requiring attendees to have a computer with a camera and audio. Class sizes will be limited, to ensure that the quality of interaction is high and that delegates get the most out of the course.

  • Half day: 2 x 2-hour sessions

    Explore when, where and how smart copywriting can boost the performance of your book marketing projects.

Getting to Grips with People Management in Publishing

  • Full day: 4 x 1.5-hour sessions, split across 2 half days

    This practical course will give those new to management the skills they need to manage confidently and successfully, and to overcome the challenges they face.

Introduction to Marketing

  • Half day: 2 x 2-hour sessions

    This introductory course is designed to enable those new to marketing to understand their role and learn how to spend time and resources effectively.

Writing for the Web

  • Half day: 2 x 1.5-hour sessions

    Discover vital ways to make digital content more readable, searchable and findable, using up-to-the-minute research.
