I am willing to work on almost anything - I have also worked on several Sports books (football, golf, cricket). I work well under pressure and am happy to tackle last minute projects. I have never failed to meet a deadline.

BA Hons (Classics); DipSp(Open); 23 years' experience (recently retired) as a Medical Secretary in a GP practice; five years' experience as a cook in a private household plus a lifetime of enthusiastic cooking and voracious reading about the subject.
