The Publishing Training Centre is delighted to present How to Harness AI in Publishing, a webinar with three experts to help you navigate the latest developments in generative artificial intelligence (AI).

This 90-minute session will bring you up to date with what is happening in marketing, new-product development, copyright and the legal side of AI. Each panellist will share insights into their area of expertise and then open the floor to questions. It is an interactive session, with questions and debate actively encouraged.

The speakers will cover:

  • how to use AI in advertising to drive discoverability and book sales
  • how academic and educational publishers can use AI to create the best learning experience
  • how to protect copyright in the age of AI

Who is it for?

  • Editors who want to learn more about AI in practice
  • Marketers who want to learn how to apply AI to their campaigns and work
  • Education publishers who want to learn about AI and augmented reality (AR) as applied to schools publishing
  • Academic publishers who are interested in the latest developments and opportunities
  • Anyone who is curious, nervous, uncertain, worried or excited about the possible use of AI in publishing and what impact it might have on their role and business

Whether you are already an AI expert and use it regularly in your work, or you know the term but have yet to apply it to your processes or workflows, this panel will have something for you.
