Rules

Please abide by our few sensible rules if you wish to post in our forums:

• Keep your login details and password safe and don’t share them with anyone.
• Be mindful of safety and security on the internet. Don’t post any information that you would prefer others not to see and don’t name or refer to another user in a way that will identify them, unless they are happy for you to do so.
• You may not create multiple accounts and pass yourself off as someone else.
• Posting of any copyrighted material on our web site is strictly prohibited.
• Please mind your language. Swearing and offensive posts will not be tolerated.
• Racial, ethnic, gender based insults or any other negative personal comments made about anyone at all is not acceptable and will lead to posts being deleted. Repeated infringements could lead to your account being suspended.
• Differences of opinion are fine, but please don’t start unnecessary arguments or flame wars.
• Spamming is not permitted. We will allow members who run their own businesses to mention that fact, but don’t create posts with the sole aim of selling your services.
• At this stage we are allowing links within posts, but please do not link to anything illegal or distasteful.
• Posts may be deleted for any reasons the forum administrators deem reasonable.
• Your profile avatar must be in good taste. This means no vulgar or violent images, pornography, or profanity, and absolutely no children. Avatars that are found to be inappropriate will be removed at the discretion of the staff.
• If you use a signature, please keep it tasteful and be mindful of copyright laws. Also, don't exceed 200 characters.
• Please post your questions or messages in the appropriate forum. If the moderators think that a comment or question fits better in another category, they may decide to move the post.
• If your post has been locked or moved by an administrator, please contact us to find out why, rather than posting the subject again.
• Distance learning students may not share assignment answers on the forums or in private messages. If you are found to have done this your account may be suspended.
