Terms and Conditions for Course Bookings
Once a booking is made and and you have received an email from us, you have made a firm committment to attend the course.
Joining Instructions and an invoice will be sent to you 3-4 weeks before the course due date and this is your confirmation that the course is going ahead. Payment may be made by cheque, Mastercard, Visa or Switch and must be made before the course date.
We appreciate that you may have to cancel a booking. If we can fill a cancelled place from a waiting list, we will waive our cancellation charges and invoice you for a £75 administration fee. Please be sure to confirm a cancellation in writing. We do not charge for substitutions.
Please note that if you are in receipt of a subsidy towards your course fee from a third party (e.g. a Diversity Fund grant) cancellation fees are still charged on the full course fee.
Cancelled more than four weeks before the course - No charge
Cancelled between one and four weeks before the course - 50% of course fee
Cancelled within 5 working days of the course or failure to attend - 100% of course fee
Cancelled more than eight weeks before the course - No charge
Cancelled between two and eight weeks before the course - 50% of course fee
Cancelled within 10 working days of the course or failure to attend - 100% of course fee
We will not send you any further confirmation until 3-4 weeks before the course date. Please do not book accommodation or flights until receipt of joining instructions. If you need any information earlier than this date, please contact us on 020 8874 2718.
Changes to courses
We are committed to improving our courses. We therefore reserve the right to make changes to tutors, content, venues, etc. We will give you as much advance notice as possible of any changes we make. Sometimes low numbers necessitate course cancellations. We will contact delegates on these occasions.
