Online Presentation Skills for Sales, Marketing & Rights

online video

This new course focuses on the practicalities of speaking on camera. It equips attendees with the tools and techniques to communicate on video applications with customers, partners and colleagues, with confidence, comfort and efficiency. It identifies what makes video communication successful and how to adapt to the challenges of attending virtual meetings, conferences and book fairs.

How to make the most of speaking on camera to peers, both senior and junior, is also covered.

The course considers the new reality of communication, at a time when: international travel and face-to-face contact with customers is either reduced or stopped; sales and marketing managers have to deal with speaking on camera to their customers, line managers and teams; there’s an ongoing migration in the publishing industry to a more solution-based sales and marketing model.

Who is it for?

Sales Managers, Marketing Managers and Rights Managers responsible for:

  • promoting and selling a portfolio of products (physical and digital) to an international audience which is increasingly virtual and varied (both culturally and in terms of digital literacy)
  • managing a team of direct reports who are in different locations (and countries) and are not only learning to communicate and sell, but learning to do it remotely and on camera

What will you achieve?

On completing this course you’ll be able to:

  • Communicate, present and sell on video applications (internally and externally) with confidence and impact.
  • Handle the challenges of remote international digital communication and take advantage of the time savings and brand exposure that it brings with it.
