This new course focuses on the practicalities of speaking on camera. It equips attendees with the tools and techniques to communicate on video applications with customers, partners and colleagues, with confidence, comfort and efficiency. It identifies what makes video communication successful and how to adapt to the challenges of attending virtual meetings, conferences and book fairs.
How to make the most of speaking on camera to peers, both senior and junior, is also covered.
The course considers the new reality of communication, at a time when: international travel and face-to-face contact with customers is either reduced or stopped; sales and marketing managers have to deal with speaking on camera to their customers, line managers and teams; there’s an ongoing migration in the publishing industry to a more solution-based sales and marketing model.
